say what a fantastic experience it has
been having our kitchen supplied and
fitted by you. Right from the start
Elizabeth was helpful and informative
about the products and services they
offered and more importantly she was
friendly and keen to assist us in such
a big and complicated purchase.
Matt also got involved
in the process, which provided a different
angle on things. Between them they
came up with an unrivalled design
for us and with that we went ahead.
What impressed us the most about the
service was their involvement in the
delivery, installation and after sales.
Both Matt and Elizabeth visited us
once the kitchen was finished to help
with a query.
Another important factor to us was
the fitting as we are the sort of
people who don’t like to worry
about things, but the installation
team did a fantastic job. They were
friendly and hard working right until
the end, making sure everything was
done to our satisfaction before going
home. They also saw to it that we
always had a working sink and that
the new oven and hob were up and running
as quickly as possible.
All in all it was a delightful experience
and we would recommend Lima Kitchens
to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
