We can take on as much or as little of a project as you would like us to. Over the past 10 years we have built relationships with a wide variety of trades' people within the area. These include builders, electricians, gas engineers, plasterers, tilers, specialist floor product installers, carpenters, and decorators. Our trades people leave the lasting impression of our business with our customers so we always take feedback on their work seriously and endeavour to have only polite, hard working and accurate workers.
Our Design Service

Standard Service
We offer all of our customers a free 'no obligation' design and quotation. This includes either a home measure, or a design from building plans from which we produce 3D colour images for you to take away. During the design process we will look at the ergonomics of the working space, style and appearance and where necessary the incorporation of any desired living space or dining area. Once we have a design you are happy with we will provide you with a quotation for the products and installation.

Premium Service
With our Premium service you get the expert design offered with our standard service plus considerably more.
Firstly, your designer will produce storage and workflow diagrams to enable every item to be stored in a practical and convenient place, to make sure your appliances work for your needs and that the style and ambience balances perfectly to your lifestyle. You will also have a full plan detailing each item and their sizes in addition to the 3D colour images.
We will also complete a pre-deposit survey that looks in detail at all aspects of fitting your kitchen. This will either be conducted in conjunction with our trades' people or with your own builders so that all details are accurate and that we are able to work through any technical concerns before you commit to ordering your kitchen.

Kitchen Test Drive!
With our Kitchen Test Drive service you get the expert design offered with our standard service, workflow diagrams as with our premium service plus you will be booked into our Kitchen Test Drive centre here in Milton Keynes. This enables you to get a feel of the space in your new kitchen by situating mock units to the scale of your new kitchen. You will also be able to work through the storage and workflow process before ordering your new kitchen. Alternatively, if you have a blank canvas to work with we can visit your home and chalk out the floor plan of your new kitchen marking the workflow and storage details on site.

Our installation service
We understand that each of our customers are individuals and therefore our installation service is flexible to cater for everyones needs.

Silver Service
With our 'supply only' kitchens we will provide you with a detailed furniture plan and complete a basic survey before we place our order for your kitchen order. 'Supply only' kitchens take 3 – 6 weeks for delivery dependant on the range you choose. For a more urgent turnaround many kitchens can be turned around in 1-2 weeks.

Gold Service
Our Gold Service will see you through from order to completion of your kitchen. It includes all necessary trades' people to remove and dispose of your old kitchen and to get your new kitchen fitted and up and running. We will also be on hand and visit throughout the fitting of your kitchen to ensure that everything is moving forward as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Platinum services
Our Platinum Service includes everything within our Gold Service plus the added benefit of relieving the time and pressure of finding additional trades' people. We will take on all of the above plus building works, disposal of all waste items - including plasterboard - and further finishing touches such as painting and decorating.

Our aftercare service
Our service does not end there. Cabinetry has a 10 year guarantee, hinges and drawers 25 years. Our German Collection comes with a 6 year guarantee. These guarantees start when you have signed off your installation or for Silver Service from the delivery date.
The guarantee on appliances, doors and worktops varies by manufacturer. Please always remember to fill in and return any additional warranty forms for appliances within 28 days of receiving them, keeping all relevant model and serial numbers stored safely for the life of the appliance.
Bespoke Aftercare
Once your kitchen has been installed we know that is not the end, which is why we offer the following services to top of the whole experience.

Kitchen Clean up to 2 hours
Will commence after all units and worktop has been fitted. This will include cleaning the interiors and exteriors of all units and sides, floors and windows.

Home economist visit (Neff and Siemens products only)
This includes a 2 hour visit to your home by a Neff or Siemens expert. They will show you how to operate your appliances and the alternative cooking features included on you new appliances. All food made in this time is to be sampled by you and the family and friends that you may wish to join in.
