Who Are Lima Kitchens
We are an independent, multi award-winning, design and installation company based in Milton Keynes, established since 2006. Our mission is to provide excellent products and a personal service along with superb value for money. We are frequently told by our clients that our passion and vision truly transforms their homes and lifestyles by creating an enjoyable and inviting space where everyone loves to be.

Our award winning design team create both practical and beautiful designs. In addition to kitchen design and ergonomics, they also offer advice and design in interior architecture alongside interior design. Guiding you through the world of product and design creating unique and functional solutions for you and your home.
Our operations team offer a complete service ranging from supply only through to full project co-ordination. Creating project schedules, technical drawings and where required full project co-ordination from build, installation right through to final decoration.

Elizabeth - Design & Marketing Director
Elizabeth is our Design & Marketing Director. With a true love for design, colour and new challenges she will be sure to come up with your perfect kitchen, both aesthetically and practically. A strong believer in maximising space, accessibility and usability Elizabeth and her design team will listen to your needs, breakdown the mine-field of decisions and guide you through the process with their informative process and minimum stress. You’ll be used to seeing her on your social media feeds. Should you fancy a little extra insight you could always checkout one of her many articles or podcasts surrounding improving, growing and adding regulation to the industry. Always grazing and sipping on a bowl of coffee you can completely see how Elizabeth and Matt bonded in kitchens.
Matt - Operations Director
Our trusted Operations Director, is calm, methodical and analytically-minded. Being our technical guru he brings our designs into fruition without sacrificing on functionality or style. You will meet Matt when we carry out survey, and when he pops his head in during installation. Overseeing your orders, scheduling and our logistics means he is often working in the background, but always at the end of the phone! No problem is ever too much trouble for Matt to resolve… just give him a time to work through the outcomes and keep him well fuelled with plenty of coffee and snacks!
Alex - Operations Co-Ordinator
As our Operations Co-Ordinator Alex is truly our unsung her. Creating detailed technical plans, schedules and placing orders Alex makes your project happen. Benefiting from a degree in design and plenty of experience focusing on the finer detail she is the perfect person to keep us all in check. Although, mainly working in the background you will meet Alex on surveys and in the showroom during your confirmation meetings, cross referencing and note taking before she finalises your kitchen order and technical plans.
Alex enjoys long walks with her doggy friend, Buddy, coutryside and dancing, in fact she still practices ballet at least once a week!
Andreya - Designer
In 2019 Andreya stumbled upon kitchen designing by chance and fell in love with it straight away. She joined the Lima team in 2021 and has since gained a Diploma in Interior Design. Bringing her own style and flare and blending this with Lima’s unique approach to design, ergonomics and signature looks she has become a nationally recognised designer. Having been shortlisted and successfully won multiple design awards she is a first class, yet practical designer. Always putting function at the forefront of her work with interest added to the aesthetic regardless of working with bold or muted colour palettes.
Katja - Designer
As the newest member of our design team, Katja joined us with experience in both British and German kitchens. With a preference for the German aesthetic, she likes clean lines, symmetry and minimalism. If this is not enough, Katja gained First Class Honours in Interior Architecture and Design.
Her favourite aspects of kitchen design include getting to know our clients, helping them to visualise their space and turning ideas into reality.
Beyond the showroom, Katja is a keen ice skater and loves creating art – whether that is on a canvas or on her nails.
Eelco - Installation Specialist
Pam - Project Co-Ordinator
With a wealth of experience across kitchens and bathrooms Pam is the perfect co-ordinator for your project. Pam will be taking the day-to-day of your project off of your hands making the process as stress free as possible.
With a vast set of hobbies ranging from allotments, trance festivals and following Everton we’re pretty sure you’ll find something in common.
Carenza - Customer Service & Administration
Joining us in 2025, Carenza brings not only her design knowledge to the team but her calm, methodical approach to help deliver the 5* experience we all expect. Ranging from supporting on your project, order checking, event planning and maybe even the odd design we are sure you enjoyable and streamlined experience with Carenza.
Beyond design and people Carenza is also a big Dungeons and Dragons enthusiast.
Tom - Project Assistant
Tom is key keeping everything running smoothly. Managing our warehouse, quality checks and delivering everything safely to your home. He also turns his hand to removing your kitchens, minor carpentry tasks and decoration. His face is one you will become very familiar with.
Outside of work Tom enjoys football, cars and now learning to play golf.
