Who We Are
We are an independent, multi award-winning, design and installation company based in Milton Keynes, established since 2006. Our mission is to provide excellent products and a personal service along with superb value for money. We are frequently told by our clients that our passion and vision truly transforms their homes and lifestyles by creating an enjoyable and inviting space where everyone loves to be.
As a local business we understand the importance of supporting and working with other local, family run businesses and contractors. This is why we work hard to find and deliver the best of British manufacturing with in the kitchen furniture industry.

Elizabeth
Elizabeth is our Design & Marketing Director. With a true love for design, colour and new challenges she will be sure to come up with your perfect kitchen, both aesthetically and practically. A strong believer in maximising space, accessibility and usability Elizabeth and her design team will listen to your needs, breakdown the mine-field of decisions and guide you through the process with their informative process and minimum stress. You’ll be used to seeing her on your social media feeds. Should you fancy a little extra insight you could always checkout one of her many articles or podcasts surrounding improving, growing and adding regulation to the industry. Always grazing and sipping on a bowl of coffee you can completely see how Elizabeth and Matt bonded in kitchens.
In her spare time she enjoys being at home, spending time with family whilst planning her next trip.
Matt
Our trusted Operations Director, is calm, methodical and analytically-minded. Being our technical guru he brings our designs into fruition without sacrificing on functionality or style. You will meet Matt when we carry out survey, and when he pops his head in during installation. Overseeing your orders, scheduling and our logistics means he is often working in the background, but always at the end of the phone! No problem is ever too much trouble for Matt to resolve… just give him a time to work through the outcomes and keep him well fuelled with plenty of coffee and snacks!
In his spare time Matt spends time with his family, playing badminton and volunteering with BAMK, a local charity assisting in fundraising and collecting aid to send to Ukraine.
Katja
As the newest member of our design team, Katja joined us with experience in both British and German kitchens. With a preference for the German aesthetic, she likes clean lines, symmetry and minimalism.
Her favourite aspects of kitchen design include getting to know our clients, helping them to visualise their space and turning ideas into reality.
Beyond the showroom, Katja is a keen ice skater and loves creating art – whether that is on a canvas or on her nails.
Alex
Checking things twice, placing your orders and adding a little more detail wherever she can throughout your technical plans is Alex. With a degree in design and plenty of experience focusing on the finer detail she is the perfect person to keep us all in check,. Working mainly in the background you will meet Alex in the showroom during your confirmation meetings, cross referencing and note taking before she finalises your kitchen order and technical plans.
Alex enjoys long walks and dancing, in fact she still practices ballet at least once a week!
Andreya
In 2019 Andreya stumbled upon kitchen designing by chance and fell in love with it straight away. She joined the Lima team in 2021 and has since gained a Diploma in Interior Design. Bringing her own style and flare and blending this with Lima’s unique approach to design, ergonomics and signature looks she has become a nationally recognised designer. Having been shortlisted and successfully won multiple design awards she is a first class, yet practical designer. Always putting function at the forefront of her work with interest added to the aesthetic regardless of working with bold or muted colour palettes.
Currently on Maternity leave with her first child, Andreya is making the most of her time. Spending as much of it with family and friends near and far. On top of this and settling in to a new routine she is also undertaking a full house renovation of her own. We are excited to see how this time and life changes influence her approach and outlook to design.
Aidan
Ashling
Ashling is someone you will get to know well. She is the central point for clients and our installation team during your project. There for you through the exciting, stressful and dusty times she will keep you informed and on top of any pesky issues that arise through your project, passing on to the right people who are busy keeping things moving in the background. We all appreciated her calm and methodical influence!
The most important thing to Ashling is spending time with her family and friends making memories.

Who will join our team next?
As a growing business we are always on the lookout for fresh new talent. Whilst we are not actively recruiting at present we do love to hear about the talent searching for new positions in the area.
Rob
Organised and methodical, Rob looks after our warehouse and deliveries. You will meet Rob bringing all your appliances, doors etc to site, as well as removing your existing kitchen and disposing of any rubbish and picking up any ad-hoc items along the way.
Rob is a fishing enthusiast, who also enjoys cooking and baking – keeping the rest of the Lima team fuelled at the showroom!
