Lockdown 2 update and answers to your FAQs
Watch our Facebook Live video from Sunday 1st November 2020 for full details.
After the announcement that we will be going in to a second lockdown as from Thursday 5th November we would like to assure all of our clients that we will be able to continue with your projects. Guidelines enable us to continue working safely within clients homes. We also have implemented, and continued with, a great virtual design service making planning your kitchen COVID safe.
Designing your new kitchen
All you need to do is getting in touch, we will book in your appointment and send you an initial questionnaire. This questionnaire will help you start thinking about your project in detail and help us get an initial feel for what you are looking for. We will also need you to send through some basic measurements for your space. These do not need to be too complicated or to scale but do need to detail positioning and sizes of doors, windows or boilers. Alternatively, if you are undertaking a building project please forward us a PDF of your architect plans. If you need any help with this then please get in touch.
Your FAQs for the last 6 months
How can we plan and order our new kitchen?
Partly covered above but with our COVID safe 3 stage design appointment. Still just as informative as ever.
When can you install our new kitchen?
We currently have work booked all the way through to May 2021. We do however multiple fitting teams and are pleased to say that we do have availability between January – May too.
Do you manage building work?
Yes we do. We have a reliable team who regularly carry out internal changes, doors and windows and are able to include their quotes for extensions within our projects. The benefit of this is a streamline process between services as we understand how all members of the team work.
